ingredients
- 1½ pounds all-purpose white potatoes
- 1 can (5 ounces) may contain evaporated nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, room temperature
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and peel them if desired. Cut into 2″ pieces. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Heat the evaporated milk.
- Place the potatoes, heated milk, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix at LOW speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
