ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups buttermilk
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the griddle to 180°C or a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat on the hob.
  2. Add the buttermilk, milk, eggs and butter to the blender first, then add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend for about 30-40 seconds on HIGH or until smooth. Air bubbles will begin to form in the batter.
  4. Pour the batter onto a heated griddle, skillet or skillet using approximately 1/4 – 1/3 cup pancake batter. When you see bubbles evenly on the pancakes, flip them.
